Is this treatment cutwork or eyelet?

It's an embroidered organdy overlaying an acetate faille. If the holes were smaller and closer together, "eyelet" would jump into my brain. But when they're this big, and widely spaced, I'm thinking "cutwork" is more accurate. But maybe they're both right?

Also, from what I'm reading, this type of work is produced on a Schiffli embroidery machine. Is that correct?

It certainly looks machine done. As fas I am aware, eyelet is one type of stitching done in the larger category of cutwork. So although they are essentially the same thing cutwork is the more correct all-inclusive term. However, I am not a lace specialist, so someone else might know better than I...
