Is this tulle prom dress 50s or 60s?

Hi all, I get a bit confused with the diff bw 50s and 60s prom party dresses of this sort....The boning makes me think later?
Also, The straps have been added.....would you remove them for sale?

I would say 50s on this one and I would remove the straps if they are not original.

The reason I am saying 50s is due to the ruching of the tulle.

I'm going to say 50's. Due to style and the color combination.I agree with Mary jane. Remove the straps as long as no
damage occurs
