J.C Penney Label - reversible, pleated, plaid skirt - need info

Hello all. Pleated, Highland Wool, Plaid, Reversible skirt-- I am looking for help to determine the date/age of this garment and/ anything else you might happen to about this garment. Might this label be qualified to be included in Label Resource? Thanks!

#1 - Label - Under the woman's name, the label reads 'Imported Exclusively for J.C. Penney Co. In. Below the inserted name reads 'Highland Plaid' ---
then '100% Wool WO??ED' and then 'Tailored in Canada'

Are the pleats stitched down at top? Looks like around 1966, 67 to me.

Yes- the pleats are stiched down at the top.

Yes, I think that label would qualify for the resource. Post it on the label thread so Lizzie won't miss it.

I had several skirts like that in the 60s but not with that label.
