Found a blue rayon dress jack bryan made in usa tag. Pearl and lace cut out on chest and a scarf like tie on the back ... The back dips low.
I cant place this dress. The zipper tells me 60s and i know jack b. Dresses are very common in 60s
No shoulder pads just these strange white scarf pieces on the shoulders (inside)
