I have looked every possible phrase on google, i have looked on vinted mercari poshmark ebay. I have joined every dang vintage fashion group in the US. I’ve contacted the library of congress librarians, multiple vintage shops in my area, more known vintage shops around the country and absolutely nothing. I just need help getting some sort of info on this jacket and even better if you know the worth. Someone has to know something!

As Cin showed, the company is still in business. But I found this saying that they have been in business for 5 decades:

https://www.superpages.com/bp/new-york-ny/heritage-inc-L0132281237.htm

We are manufacturer and supplier of fine leather goods for over five decades having our own manufacturing unit in INDIA. For decades, we have been serving US clientele. Heritage Inc has fulfilled all your Leather fashion needs with our competitive prices, quality and creativity of our products. Our fine leather collections leather wallets, fanny packs, purses, travel bags, checkbook covers, money clips, business card holders, coin purses, ID holders, comprise a generous assortment for a wide range of customer needs. We undertake customized order (with minimum quantity). 212-532-0077

You could call them and ask when they sold leather jackets with a "Corbett" label.

I searched the many databases to which I have access and I, too, found nothing about Corbett, which is highly unusual as I can almost always find some little bit about a company. I began to realize that there was something "off" here and had an idea that Corbett was not a US business or brand, which would explain the dearth of information.

I then noticed your little black label, under the deer (or whatever it is) label and by enhancing the photo I saw it says "Made in India," which underscored my suspicion that Corbett was not a US brand. I then dug for more information about Heritage Inc. and as Jo commented above, I found it was an Indian company that sells leather goods. I checked the UK trademarks for Corbett, but did not find it. I think, then, that Jo has the right idea and you should contact Heritage Inc. to find the link between them and the Corbett brand. Watch out for the email link the web page gives you (Heritage188-.org --changed by me) because it is not a link to the company and I got a warning to be cautious about the link).

Good luck.

I think this is the right company but the website goes to a nursing home?
