Jacket styled by Maurice Henri?

I think this jacket is 70's but I've not been able to find anything about the designer Maurice Henri. The closest person I've found is an artist by that name. Does anyone recognise it or know where I could look next?

For reference, the lining is acetate and the sleeves fabric has quite a wide turn up inside (1.5-2") which is original.

I actually bought it because it fits me really well, and the sleeve hems are long enough for me to lengthen the sleeves to match my long arms!

The designer still seems to be a mystery, I get no hits for the exact name and all similar names have completely different careers.

Joules I didn't read it that way anyway ;)
Just people seemed to appreciate it so I thought I'd mention It's a keeper :)

Any reason why the label says 'styled by'? I wondered if this meant MH wasn't the main designer but a guest, or possibly using their fabric etc.

I don't know but I've got one with the same label, also patterned velvet and very '70s-looking (pic attached). There's a jacket described as new without tags currently on eBay UK by Maurice Henri for Heather Valley.

Thanks.
I've since become a bit of a collector of 70s printed velvet - there doesn't seem to be one that doesn't suit me! I love the art deco vibe a lot of them have (see the buttons above) and coming back to this I'd bet these would have had matching high waisted A line skirts, as my other sets do. It's only a shame that they all seem to be brown! I'd love to see some in other colours :)

Oh I've not seen a maxi one, all my printed velvet skirts are knee length. The best jacket has a deeply rounded front corners that go up to the waist (can't remember exactly it might be a peplum hem) with a single huge art deco button fastening and wide collar. Its so very Ossie :D
