Jean Muir Studio dress

I have a dress by Jean Muir Studio which I assumed was an 80's dress but it's occured to me it might be slightly earlier.. can anyone help with more exact date?

I'm pretty sure the Studio label was mid-late 80s and beyond, until the more recent collections which used the old-style label again. I love that fabric, definitely one of the nicest Studio pieces I've seen!
 
Thanks very much, it really *feels* like an 80's dress to me, but I wanted to be 100%.. unfortunately its not my size or else I'd be keeping it for my own wardrobe instead of selling it.. the material is so nice on the skin and it falls so beautifully..
