Jean Paul Gautier dress

The dress is made by a company called Fuzzi in Italy to Jean Paul Gaultier's design. I found it in a thrift market. I'd love to find out what year (decade) it's from and also how much it could possibly sell for. Thank you for your help.

Its from 2000. A great example of his work. Love the design. I think prices for his work are now a bit soft... But this design might do well.... Iwould say it would be worth 400 to 600 dollars..

cool........me thinks you are going to be £££££_$$$$$$$ in pocket when you sell this .......

well done on you....

OMG I am so PEA GREEN with envy!!!!! It's got to be a tribute to Schiaparelli with those hands, though the lines of the dress look like early Romeo Gigli. Love, love, LOVE it!!! Let us know when it's available; I would definitely be a bidder...CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

Oh my gosh, that IS the most fantastic dress.
I find lots of good stuff but I've never found a
dress like that.
You deserve to make a fortune on it.
I love Gaultier and prices are going to go up.
That's an amazing example of his work.

How fun is that!

One of the trends I saw on Style.com for this Falls Ready to Wear line up:
The feathers will be flying, but one look that might not have wings off the runway is the surreal, disembodied 3-D hands that clasped the lapels of a hot-pink jacket at Comme des Garçons and, even wackier, acted as straps to hold up an incomplete black sweater dress at Benjamin Cho. Somewhere, Elsa Schiaparelli is smiling.

Thank you very much!
I will make myself courage and start ebaying (and I will start with thid dress!). But I'm afraid that because I am from Romania and I have 0 feedback nobody will bid at my dresses:no:. (and I have beautiful vintage dresses from Eastern Europe).
Thank you all!

I think the hardcore Gaultier collectors are from Europe. I have sold what ever I have of him to all Europians.....
