Jewelry help! Help dating/identifying the style of this pendant?

Hi everyone-I have this vintage pendant but I'm at a loss as how to go about dating it...I'm even newer to the world of vintage jewelry than I am the world of vintage apparel, so all help is appreciated! I know this forum isn't specifically focused on jewelry, but I figured I'd give it a shot . This is a pendant alone, there is no chain, and it features a somewhat tribal styled face with dangling crystals in the eyes. There are no marks or stamps. If anyone is familiar with this style of piece and the era of manufacture, I'd appreciate it! Any relevant keywords that you can think of for listing are appreciated too-I'm leaning towards Ethnic/Tribal and those sorts of key-words but honestly it doesn't "quite" fit into those perimeters IMO, so I'm just trying to figure out what approach I'm going to take when making my listing. Thanks again!

It looks mid century to me, I love the swinging eyes, and it reminds me of the rummikub joker!
