Jule-Clare Shop Cream and Black Polka Dot Vintage Hat

I just bought this amazing hat at a local consignment shop. I just love it but if it's profit margin to sell is high enough, I guess I'll be motivated to sell it. It has a label that seems to indicate that the hat was custom made for a shop?

Can anyone tell me anything about it? I'm new to vintage dating but I would think 1940s - 1960s for it. Ideas? (Ignore my non-matching outfit in the last pic!)

FYI, I found THIS information about one of the two milliners who owned the Jule-Clare Hat Shop.

That is far more information than I had found! Thank you for that.

There's one crease that you can feel but does not show on the hat, that's on the brim that I am currently researching to see if I can fix it. I love the fact that it's cream and black, instead of the typical white/black.

I do plan on wearing it this Sunday! :D
