Jules Tournier Purple cape

Such a beautiful piece I picked up at an estate sale. I can only find other Jules Tournier piece that are more peacoat styles. This cape is gorgeous and seems well made. Does anyone have any possible information on it?

I have tried google image search and normal search as well.

There is no other tag than the one shown. No size either.

The fabrics look to be of good quality, but I don't know the label.

I’ve seen the ones that are purple that look like a more traditional button up coat but haven’t found any capes. Maybe it was more a haute couture piece
