It as a western flair to it.....rodeo cowgirl...or go another avenue? I am assuming it is later 70's or early 80's by Young Edwardian.

Thanks!

Dolly Parton? Lounge Queen? Western Glitz?

(I need more coffee.)

Rodeo Queen!

Are these extra large sequins? Very shiney. Those large shoulders and narrow shaped skirt give it an 80's look.

Yes definately 80's....large shoulder pads..not sequins but large platsic sqaures with a metallic coating. The edges are all trimmed in silver lame threads.

Lounge queen.....there are female lounge lizards! I can picture Dolly Parton wearing this!

Oh soooooooooo 1980s Dallas..... (as in the soap opera)
It just needs a pair of Wild Pair 5 inch white heels with the metal heel tip to match and a case of Aqua Net for that big big hair a tornado could not blow down!

Put "studded" in there too.

I agree with Michelle...

It wouldn't be for someone at a rodeo - they do wear ultra flashy still in rodeo parades, but because of the skirt it is definitely street wear. It would appeal to someone ATTENDING though. I could see a rich oil baron's wife in Texas wearing it. Maybe Wild Pair heels like Michelle is saying...LARGE hoopy earrings. and either a nouveau beehive a la Ann Richards...huge helmut hair or even a really dressy western hat

Oh my, I have a pair of Zodiac boots with the metal toe and heel trim that would go perfect with this!

Ok off to change my title, I meant to put studded in there and forgot! I was thinking exactly the same thing about a pair of boots with them...
