KBC Etienne dress

Hi!

I need help about super cute dress i have.It is signed with Fashion print by KBC Etienne, and on the back of the label it is written: 90 % dakron and 10 % syntetics with washing instructions.
Dress is from 60ties i believe, material is white with amazing brown ornaments ,it has a collar and buttons at the front, knee lenght.
I have looked everywhere about any info, but no luck.
Does anyone have any idea who is this dress by?

Aigner was my first guess too when i saw the name Etienne, but i dont see Aigner written anywhere :( I am not sure if it is theirs.
