Key words please on velvet coat..abstract print!

How would you describe the print of this velvet coat? I have swing, clutch.....I belive it is probably 80's as it has large hidden shoulder pads and it is from Portrait.

de Ball Velvet, 100%, Water Repellant, Stain and Crease Reistant.

The print looks like it could be the illegitimate love child of Picasso and Matisse!
