Kid/Leather Gloves Era? France

I've had these Gloves for years and it doesn't look like I will ever wear them so its time for them to go. They are from France and I believe they are kid/leather almost as soft as Velvet. My question: Era and type: Opera, Driving??? I can't read the name, can anyone out there with better eyes than mine read them? Thanks

These look like they could be from the late 1940's or 1950's. Is that a paper label that is partly obscured? Limoges is the historical site of glove production and there were 120 glove makers in the early '50s. Go to this excellent reference site and on this page you will see some similar French gloves;

I would say dress gloves. I think of opera gloves as long and sleek and driving gloves are short and fitted often with a button at the wrist (top or beneath). Driving gloves tend be very sporty looking. I can't tell the era for sure but they look late thirties - early 40s for some reason. They look like kid suede.
Gorgeous golves!

Yes that is a paper label from the Store it was from (I think?) These also say a size 7. Thanks for all your help. They are a perfect fit and I have taken them on and off which I really need to stop doing or I will never sell them.
