Kiddie Shoes

I don't have an image, however, I think that many of you will recall the shoes from the early 1950's that were sold just about everwhere. The first ones were white, and had small cut outs in the leather. Kind of a T strap style ? The others were sandals, and came in primary colors. Straps and buckles at 2 places on the foot. I remember the colors as red, yellow, green and maybe blue. All on one shoe.

They were everywhere, and of course, when I wanted to do some research recently, I couldn't find a thing. Do any of you have suggestions as to a possible manufacturer ? They were leather. I remember Poll Parrot, and Thom Mc Ann, but that's as far as I go. Buster Brown may have made them. I have checked a few old Sears and Wards catalogs, but no luck.
In addition, I recall a neat pair of girl's pink fuzzy cat head slippers with gold cord whiskers from about 1952 or so, but no luck on those, either. Thanks.

Thank you for the help. :snowman: The T straps are very close in the first photo. I will peruse old ads a little more.
