Does the label say " FUJI"?

Yes it does say Fuji.
A quick look on ETSY, I found a beaded clutch bag with that exact same label and the seller has dated bag 1960s.
That has surprised me a bit because of the style of label, I would have thought later.
Your bag, slightly Edwardian in floral design maybe but I had in mind more late 70s to present date.

I found a souvenir fan from her trip to Hong Kong. Late 50's early 60's. Apparently she bought 2 Walborg beaded purses and a Mantessa beaded clutch during her vacation. She was always dressed to the nines with red nails, lips and cheeks...definitely my Mimi. Thank you again.
