Label ? - Ciaro for Michael Kan Enterprises

hello all,

i have a very neat navy blue & cream ruffle trim wool dress. I'd love to find out some info on the label. Checked the Label resource of course, but didn't find either Ciaro or Michael Kan.

Michael Kan can be found in google - looks like they're out of Vancouver.

the ruffles actually are removable as they use snaps to attach. the dress is a full button down and lined.

I think it's from the 70's...maybe 80's ???

any help would be greatly appreciated as I will be posting this on eBay

Nice dress! I don't know the label, but with that pie frill neckline I would think 1980s?

I did take a look at your auction, just a little observation, it seemed like alot of writting to read prior to actually having a visual of dress, have you ever considered having the pictures shown before description? have you tried full size piccies or atleast one (not just click to enlarge) I find images are very important & a picture is worth a thousand words.

with no "hipster chick" model, I often don't get the "going" price for my items.

I've sold many EXACT dresses at a fraction of the price of the "trendy" ebay sellers.
