Label Dating of Dress

Hi there!

Does anyone know more about this brand and when this label could be from?

label says 100% polyester, made in Canada.

Also, would love information on the wording on the print? What it means and if there is significance is to the brand.

It looks 1970s to me. Fun print.

I have seen that label before but I don't know who created it. Agree the dress is mid 70s. Patrick de Barentzen was an Italian designer (despite the name) known for animal print dresses - perhaps the print is a Barentzen design.

Although the trademarked label seen in this link seems to be a somewhat later iteration of yours, this history notes the trademark was used in Canada since 1963 and abandoned in 1988.
