Try searching UK fashion company names. It might help if you can identify a date for the garment, if you look at the other labels that can help.
Many fashion companies were owned by other companies so the manufacturer may be called something else. Once you have a date range, you can search newspaper databases for adverts, or job classifications. That will give you details like address, the more you know the easier it is to find out about them. There are so many fashion companies, many only operate for a short time and many are part of larger groups of labels.
