I think those Laura Ashley green labels are mid 90s or so - you'd be able to find catalogues where they used that colour scheme fairly solidly, and corroborate. Nice twinset!

As for Ego, I'm not sure, but again, I'm guessing the span of the 90s on this one. Ego are one of those brands that keep doing classic shapes like sleeveless sheaths as office-to-car-to-cocktail-wear every year, so I'm not too sure really.

i thought the LA was quite recent but i thouht maybe the other was a bit older just because of the materials used, its hard to show in photos though but its a really ine netting and the underlay is like nylon

well, it's a shorter length, so it could be 80s? I'm actually not that clear on how early 'Ego' go, but since they've been one of those department store concession spot faithfuls, they might well have been selling very nicely made stuff like this around then? But you're right, you're probably in a better position to judge with it in your hand. :)

I agree with Lin on the LA sweater date. It is a gorgeous shade, and
perfect for Fall!

I think the Ego is 90s, at the earliest late 80s. I'm going to check and see if I can find any info on Ego as to the start date of this label.
