Label help - Seal on an iceberg, made in korea

Hello all my helpful friends! I scored some great pieces at a rummage sale yesterday, so you might see me post agin before the night it over!

I have tried for over an hour to figure out what brand this leather and faux shearling coat is. Wasn't even able to find anything with the same label, or anything in TESS that resembled the label image. It is a seal / sea lion on an iceberg and there is RN and Made in Korea text. There is also a materials tag. on the side. Any help would be so appreciated, I love the label and the coat is super heavy and warm, I just would like to have some more info before selling.

Well, that RN number belongs to Shinyei Co Inc. and if you Google:

"Shinyei co inc" clothing

you get a couple of hits connecting them to Federal Trade Commission (FTC) decisions, from 1966 and 1976 (on page 646 for the 1976 result). The 1976 result notes: "Shinyei Company Inc is located at 260 Madison Ave., New York" and "Shinyei Company Inc. is engaged in the business of importing from the Orient and distributing in the United States various products, including wool blend men's suits and slacks."
