Label ID help

I don't know if I'm not reading the initials correctly on this label or what, but I can't seem to find anything on this label. It's on a men's suit jacket (actually, a 3 piece suit from the 60s, he thinks) I'm trying to locate buttons to replace what has fallen off - which is another futile search in itself. Any help would be appreciated!

I see the label being interpreted as PDC International Collection. If you search that you will find a number of other jackets and suits. I also see a 1979 advertisement: https://www.newspapers.com/newspage/115244101/
I don't have access to read the page on Newspapers.com, but at least it seems to confirm the brand name.
 
I believe International Collection went right on through the 1980s and 1990s. May be early 2000s. I remember seeing this label often on career workwear back in the day in my consignment shop. Hope this helps.
 
Thanks. When I searched, I found a few items listed on Poshmark or Etsy, but nothing else, and nothing that looks close to the suit he has. I'm guessing they are no longer in business. My trouble is finding buttons - which I have also tried searching for by describing them, but, alas, I can get close, but no cigar.
 
Yes, here is a picture of the buttons, except, it's more grey than it looks in the photo.

Oh, it's definitely a man's suit. Buttons are the same on the vest and the pants as well. You can see the 1 remaining button on the jacket and 1 out of 4 on the cuff. The color looks better in this picture too.
