Label Identification Help!

Hello all! So happy to find this forum and I'm excited to be part of this community!

Today I found what I think is an 80's(?) sequined jacket at a thrift store and I'm having a hard time finding any info online about the label. Am I right to interpret the label as "PMIBE"? Has anyone heard of this?

I haven't heard about "PMIBE" nor could find anything about it, but I'm seeing early 1990s.
