Does this company still exist? And does anyone know what era it came from? 70's or 60's

It looks like a ladies 1960s raincoat to me. There is a company with that name that still exists based in Asia.
I don't think it is the same company showing on this label.

Perhaps another member here will be more familiar with this label.

Early 60s, right? It's "sack -cut". Don't know about the label, just the style.
