Label identification please

Hello, I am Shelley. I have always been into the history of fashion especially because I do costumes for theatre. I posted a question yesterday about a label in a '64 - '73 mini dress but I may have put it in the wrong forum thread. Anyway sorry if this repeats but I could use some help in identifying this label. I have researched on what I thought it to be Mr. A.W, but I have come up empty handed. Any help would be appreciated!

I have searched! The name is one that is not conducive to finding on newspapers.com—too many Mr. A W 's.

Is there by any chance an RN number on that partially hidden union tag?

Here's the label resource post on union labels - the closest one appears to be a '70s label, pre '74 presumably as that's when they changed but yours might be as early as '63. The style of the 'Mr A.W.' does suggest it's at the lower end of that range.

I did find a mid '60s minidress on etsy (sold) that was listed as being a 'Mr A.W' but no label photo so I can't be sure it's the same as yours but the dating is consistent.

Can you read the words under the stitching for 'fibre content'? In the early '60s there were various names for synthetic fibres so that might help.

It just says CN REVERSE SIDE
But there is nothing written on the other side.
Thank you for trying to help!

upon further inspection under a microscope there is very faint numbers and letters on the back.
The only thing i can make out is: WPE or it could also be WBE 12079
then there are numbers below but so faint I would only be guessing what they are.
B2 67 CTN 7
there are other numbers in the middle but I cannot make it out
