Lace top - Best guess 20s-50s? help please!

Hi all! I'm new to VFG forums. I picked up this cute lace top at an estate sale today but I'm not sure what I have. I saw another outfit that was a pretty beat up 1910-1900 looking outfit at the sale so I thought this top might be pretty old too. My best guess is 20s - 50s. I like vintage but usually find things 60's or newer and don't know as much about older items. Thanks for any help you have!

Jabot looks 30s. Capped sleeves look 50s. Sorry to be so confusing! Someone will come along and know more!
