Ladies Hand Bag Code Authority Label?

I am working on a blog for our website here, and am struggling to find good info on this label:

This is the bag:

I see a number of people saying in listings that this label existed only 1933-35.

I also found this info, at the great Bag Lady University site:

...but even there I couldn't figure out the years this label was used. Is anyone able to help?

From a quick spin, I think the label was only used from 1933-1935. This is from our LR:
