Late 40s Gene Bart Blouse - how to describe details?

I would like to clarify a few things before I list this Gene Bart Blouse, which I think is rayon crepe from the late 1940s (very similar to an archive ad I found).
My questions are:
1. is this a johnny collar?
2. is there a better term instead of "insert" or "panel" for the floral area?
3. are the embellishments called pearls, seed pearls or faux pearls or what?

Any help would be very much appreciated!!!

That is really a very pretty blouse. I don't think you could call those seed pearls, they look more like faux pearls to me, small sized.
Seed pearls are even tinier. You see them used a lot in Victorian jewelry.
