Hello Mary! Thank you for your welcome. Yes! I did access your Label Resource Section, and prior to posting here. Its great and full of information. Unfortunately, the Ralph Lauren Section does not include any specific information about the Lauren Jeans Company. I have learned that it is a less expensive line than RL and that the line is still in full force being sold at better Department Stores. I am hoping to find when the line actually commenced! Thank you.

Hi tamara it looks like the holding company filed for the trademark to the name in 2003, they were not successful until 2005 and their live trademark says the first use of Lauren Jeans Company in retail was 2004.

Thank you, Pinkcoke, for your reply and link to Trademark Search. I did hear back from the RLR Company Customer Service and they confirm that the Lauren Jeans Company was launched in 2004 after the Lauren Ralph Lauren brand. They also stated that the tags on most jeans state year produced.
