Leonard Dress With Odd Label, Label has picture of Eiffel Tower Says Paris and Foreign Letters

There is a label in the seam of the dress all in another language which is not recognized by us.My friend bought the dress in a consignment shop it has the leonard name on the fabric on the top part which looks like a Pucci print The dress looks like a lot of vintage Leonard dresses long flower maxi dress but the tag does not correspond with any label I have seen in any research Im going to try to post pictures but Im not to computer savvy The writing looks like odd symbols to me.
