Wondering if anyone is familiar with this Leslie Fay Production Sample label. My research comes up empty. The dress has an 80s look to me but the Union label on it seems to date earlier? Any help would be appreciated!

According to Union Label Chart 3 in our label resource, a black printed ILGWU label was used from 1988-1995:

That makes sense given the dress style is definitely 80s or early 90s. I wasn’t familiar with the color/date differences on that particular Union label, so thanks for the info!
What I’m most interested in is the Leslie Fay Production Sample label. I’ve had no success in finding more info on that. Wonder if it truly is a “production sample”. Just curiosity at this point
