Levi’s vintage black tab?

Hi, got this from a vintage store years back. Never worn. Does anyone have more info on Levi’s black tabs? I know black tabs with gold are vintage but well known. This is a black tab with silver. The label is leather. Made in Canada’s 100% cotton shrink to fit. Can someone tell me what I have here?
