Hello wonderful formers!

I have this fab LEVIS cord jacket which turned up as a surprise in a vintage Ralph Lauren lot I bought.

I can’t seem to date it from the label resource. Everything about the styling & fabric suggests 70’s to me but would love some expert advice.

some info. All labels are pictured. The elbow patches are suede. The buttons are leather with metal shanks. The shoulder have some light wadding. (Not foam)

please let me know your thoughts! I’m quite excited by this

that is a terrific corduroy jacket, love the patches! i agree with 70s dating for this, considering the peaked yokes and pocket tops, the buttons, and the western font of the interior label, what a great piece!

hopefully dry cleaning it will allow some of those wrinkles to release, it looks like it's been wadded up for a long time. Also, wrinkles can sometimes hide stains, so hopefully this comes out well for you!

Yes I have wondered about stains! I know those cheeky things can hide away!

I was wondering f there’s any info to be gained from that small label in the pocket with codes on?

I'm not familiar with Levi's coding system, but you could try to contact Levi's directly and ask them.
