Levi's shorts - help identify

Hi!

I got ahold of a few Levi's shorts, and I watched this video
To learn more about how to identify if it's vintage or not.

She mentions that if the little red tag on the back pocket is spelled with big E's, and it's a 501, it can be very valuable. I have such a pair, it seems. But in the care label, it says it's made in Poland. So it was made after 2002, which means they're not vintage.. Are they still valuable??

Also, I have another 501 pair, (not spelled with big e E's), that is missing the care label. Though, the label that is left, is more rough in fabric, where the other one is polyester.

Can you guys help me learn more about identifying and learn more about what all of these signs mean?

Please note that we cannot not value items on the forums (please see the forum rules). I find Levis hard to date unless you have a lot of knowledge or it's a very specific style. I agree, the second pair looks mordern. The label of the first pair is in multiple languages and several Eastern European languages - I think I can see at least Polish and Czech, so I assume they are at least from after the fall of the Iron Curtain, when they would have started selling Levi's also in these countries.

Yes of course, I forgot about the value of items rule! I apologize.
When was the fall from the "Iron Curtain"?

Oops - should've said fall of the Iron Curtain :).
Ohh okay! So the shorts were created after 1989. But i'm still unsure if they're vintage or not. Or if the first pair are valuable or not, since they have that big E haha
EDIT: I'm not asking of the value, only WHY they could be valuable! I'm not quite sure why the big E makes them special. :)

Ok I studied the labels more closely.. And I think this indicates the year of production. Could this be? I hope not LOL
Also I do apologize for my nails and effed up cuticles.. I've been working in the garden and that shiz ruin your hands haha
