Levi's with no tags?

I picked this up on a whim and can't find anything like it out there. There are no Levi's tags or content or size tags anywhere, the buttons are all Levi's. Some of the interior seams are serged. Do any of you know anything about it? Era? style name? or maybe it's not authentic? I'd appreciate any help. Thank you so much!
