Going on graphic design vibe....late 70s to early 80s?

When did that circle R (registered) logo start getting used?

Liberty House is a department store chain in Hawaii - and has no connection with Liberty (of London) fabrics.

This label (above) is different to those on the <a href=http://www.vintagefashionguild.org/labels.php?labelno=184&mode=search> Label Resource </a> (I'm sure Lizzie would like to have it!.............see the Labels Forum here).

The font used looks very "modern" to me, so I'd opt for 80s maybe even 90s???
