I have a vintage Lillie Rubin dress that is a sleeveless suede & leather, dark olive green, really cool mini dress. I think it is from the 60's or so. I don't have a photo of it right now, but I'd like to find out where I could get an appraisal for it. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

It does sound like it's from the late '60s-early '70s but it's hard to be sure without seeing it...
As far as an appraisal goes, do you want a rough value or a professional opinion for insurance (or other) purposes? If the latter, you might like to call a local museum or auctioneer and see if they can recommend someone. If you just want an informal value, perhaps take it to a vintage clothing shop and ask nicely? If you can post photos here, you might get opinions too, but keep in mind that any value depends greatly on condition and where you sell it.
There's also a little information in the Label Resource, might help with dating although there aren't any '60s labels there yet.

in addition to nicole's excellent advice, it might help you a little bit to know that while there are people who seach for and buy lillie rubin and it is very nicely made, it's not a label that will sell just by virtue of the name.
