Any ideas on fabric? Could this be silk?

Any clues as to a date? 70's??

The fabric looks like it's acrylic, which was used in a lot of Hawaiian dresses.

I will 2nd that as it does look like acrylic, I just put something on etsy that has a very similar look to your fabric and it still had its label naming it as acrylic.

No label. Just the words printed on the fabric. Plastic zipper.
