Lincoln Roaders shoes. 1940s?

Hi All,

After not posting anything on here in forever I now can't get away! So, I recently purchased these shoes along with a pair of absolutely certainly 40s shoes. Both came from the same tiny footed person, but I don't know, there is something about these that is making me doubt their age. Particularly the makers mark on them.

So, do we think they are actually 40s?

Yup, postwar 40s - maybe as late as 1950-51

That's good to know! I feared that they might be a lot later (like a 70s doing a 40s) because of the logo on them. Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.
