Linen dress, dye has run- can i hand wash it?

I'm not sure if I should risk hand washing this dress, it's a gorgeous 1950's linen dress in green and brown, with black outlines and a white background. The problem is the black has run in places, mostly onto the white and I’m afraid to hand wash it in case the black dye continues to run. Also, if I get it dry-cleaned will this have any effect? I think you can be pretty sure the black will run more if you get it wet.

Drycleaning should be fine.
