Does anyone know the name of this type of fabric?

It is cotton/poly and the flowers are sheer (2 DIFFERENT ITEMS)

The fabric is flat, so it wouldnt be flocked, or would it?

The 1st looks like a printed cotton voile fabric to me.

I can't really tell from your photos, but perhaps one is a burn-out.

I agree with Mary Jane, it looks like a printed voile.

It doesnt looke like the flowers have a nap to them, are they fuzzy, or raised a bit more than the background?

The fabric is flat like a cotton but where the flowers are the fabric is sheer

I agree with Julie. I think it's a burn-out. The sections that are sheer were woven like the rest of the fabric with a different fiber type--maybe rayon. Then it was printed with a chemical to dissolve the rayon in those areas. That's why it is sheer.
