Link Exchanging

My website is entering into some form of completion in the near future...

I just have to upload a few more pages and make some cosmetic changes to the front page. At that time, i will also announce the results of the "name the mannequin contest" in my newsletter, but will announce here to as folks have been interesting in knowing :)

At any rate, I am interesting in exchanging links with other sites. They don't have to be specifically vintage clothing - antiques, related "vintage oriented" lifestyle type of things like mod sites, rockabilly scene, etc., are encouraged as well. If it belongs to someone who was attracted to this forum to begin with, it is most likely a site i would exchange with. (if you don't have a website of your own but have a mall shop or ebay store that acts as your homepage, feel welcome too)

Just let me know if you are interested and i will give you the text and you can do the same.

Lizzie, I am already planning on adding you...thanks for the link in your journal

Chris

(and if you are shy, feel free to send me a U2U message or drop me a line at [email protected])

Thanks so much, Chris. I'm doing another page for links as well, and you know I'll add you. Can I get in here on Chris's coattails? I'd love to add more of you in exchange for a link from your site!

Lizzie

Check your U2U messages, Patti. I sent you my info. Just let me know what you want me to say about your website and I will add it.

Chris

I have a link exchange on mine, too, Patti. Just let me know what you want me to say.

I don't have a link exchange on my website, but it is on my list of things to do. But I would love very to be added to ya'lls link pages if you don't mind.:love008:

Check your U2U's Patti and Candy.

Jamie, if you tell me what you want to say about your site, i will add you, as I am sure others will and then add me to your links page.

Sorry about not responding sooner. Couldn't get into the website the last couple of days b/c my internet service has been acting up.

Yes, I have a Link page but was using it mainly for web rings, however, the web rings want them on the home page, which messes up my homes page centering. Then I was reading about you guys doing link exchanges and thought that I should probably being doing that instead of all the webrings.

As for the saying:

Selling vintage clothing and accessories from the 1940's thru the 1980's for men and women. Come repeat styles and trends for a new generation!

You can email me at [email protected] or send me an U2U with your info and I will begin working on making my LINK page into a real LINK page......:spin:

Jamie, I am adding you to my link page as we speak.

You should be up in a few minutes. I will U2U you with my info if the weather holds up LOL. Just heard thunder!

Chris

Ok...Jamie you are added

My Description is

KitschNSink Vintage
http://www.kitschnsinkvintage.com
Unique, Antique and Vintage Fun. Vintage clothing and lifestyle for ladies and gents (and the rest of us). 1890s-1970s with a 60s tilt. WWII Gallery and articles too. We're that vintage site with the dachshunds on it.

Sara, yeah...i have been working on the old site for awhile. Its actually the umpteenth one lol. I figured i better get myself in some sort of central location. The :name the mannequin: contest on the site just ended and i will be announcing the winners shortly.

I added your link as a text link for the moment as the banner link on your page is coming up broken on your website so i couldn't copy it :(

Thank you Chris. I have your info, so I will begin working on that Links page this Friday after I get back from Grandmother's.

Thanks Jamie.

Oh, and BTW, if anyone is interested in linking to the Heros project at either http://www.cafepress.com/kitschnsink, I will reciprocate by providing a link back to you under "friends of the heros project" on the page on my website http://www.kitschnsinkvintage.com/8.html even if i have already swapped links with you on my regular pages. I really need to update that page to include that the proceeds go to further archiving/protecting/storing the photos and publishing them for the public someday
