Not an historian by any stretch, but I have worn my share of long underwear. I was going to guess '70's. Where are they made?

Sorry guys, I should have mentioned that - Penman's made in Canada. There's no content label and the label looks like an older looking one, but I'm guessing these things didn't change much over the years.
my brother had some similar from the 1960s, but they weren't made in Canada. those have a nice long ankle, too ~ cozy.
That label looks like late 60s or very early 70s to me, Deborah.
