I used to work for Gucci (just a lowly stockboy!) from 1996-1998 and owned one of the ties pictured below. I lost it 10+ years ago and have been trying to find a replacement online ever since with no luck. Some details: The tie on the runway: https://www.firstview.com/collection_image_closeup.php?collection=9382&of=8 It was from the 1997 Fall/Winter collection. It was velvet and had an iridescent color scheme that would shine black and red depending on the light. It was wider than a typical necktie, and did not feature the classic, Gucci G-pattern like the other ties from this collection. That's all I've got! I wish I even just knew the specific product/item name (does anyone know where I could even just find a list of the items from this show so I can at least search with that? Currently I just run searches for "Gucci," "velvet tie," "1997 Fall/Winter," and can find everything BUT the tie I'm actually looking for.
