Hi Barry and welcome to the forums.
If you look at the inside of the bag it should have a fabric composition label, or if you not you can contact the company who makes or sells it as they should know.
My guess is that it will be a type of polyester, polyurethane, something synthetic. You could try industrial fabric wholesalers if you want something similar.
Down the sides I think I see a heavy cotton canvassing.
