Looking for info on antique Russian finift icon

I picked up this absolutely beautiful enamel icon piece today. I know that she is the virgin of Kazan, and I know that this type of Russian enamelwork is called finift, but I don't know much else. I'm hoping maybe someone who knows a bit more could give me a rough idea of how old she is or possibly translate any of the Russian. I believe the metal is sterling silver.

I'm not sure the larger letters is russian. The smaller 'signature' is too small to read. Can you take a closer photo please?
