Looking for information on this brand

I've been using Google and Google lens to learn more about this brand but I can't find anything about this label. I suspect the dress is from the '80s but I'm not sure. There's another company that produced clothing in the 80s called Outlander but the tag is different. It doesn't help that a lot of the search results are about Outlander the TV series's costumes or merchandise. I appreciate any information or leads. Thanks!

Outlander is a popular 1980s brand that did a lot of fun knitwear. If you look up up the RN number it is a division of the Leslie Fay corp which you can read about in our label resource, which mentions Outlander.
