Looking for my Mothers wedding dress

Hi! I’m new here, I hope I am posting in the correct place! I have been looking for a dress like my mother’s for my wedding. My mother passed 11 years ago, and I was unable to locate it in her home. I know she got married in 1978 or 1979. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
