looking for name for this type of tweed weave....honey comb?

Hey Everyone, Just looking for an appropriate descriptor for this type of weave.

Can you get an even closer photo Lauren? also can you get to the reverse or feel the back of that patterns fabric through the lining and not an interfacing or anything else inbetween. I'm looking to determine if it is woven or knit. It looks like intarsia from here, but that would require loops on the reverse.

I think it is a jaquard weave and I would be tempted to go with honeycomb pattern tapestry. I'm not seeing any tweed personally.
